Brilliant game and customer service
I decided to purchase the full version after tried couple free games. Very good educational games for my children. Good musics and illustrations.
Although I have troubles with unlock full version on other devices. The staff helped me efficiently. I was really surprised and impressed.

Full game Download mishap
I have downloaded your app for my two year old. He absolutely loved the couple of games he was able to play for free so I decided to pay for the full download. I have paid £7 to get about 15 games. Which it has them proceeded to tell me it requires some sort of subscription to get the rest of the games. Is there anything you can do please, either unlock rest of the games or a refund as I feel like I have been conned into buying what I thought was the whole game rather than just a section of it. I have already tried emailing the email found on other reviews but it has failed to send to your domain.
This would have been a 5 star rating otherwise as my toddler absolutely loves these little games.
