See AllSolved - No connection when phone on wifi
I have to turn off the Wi-Fi on my phone in order to look at the Furbo camera whilst at home, not sure why this is tried all the fixes but doesn’t make make any difference. Used to be fine not sure If it’s from the recent updates.
I have discovered if you go into the app settings within your phone Select local network for the Furbo to connect to can then use your Wi-Fi on your phone and connect to Furbo whilst at home, not sure why this fix isn’t on the Furbo troubleshooting
Connection issues
From day 1 unable to reconnect if I turn off the camera on the app or if WiFi clashes. Support is unhelpful, it all ends up in “disconnect and reconnect” .
I have to literally set up the camera as new camera every single morning before I go work and wish that the WiFi will not clashes when I am out. The worst is, when this happened, somehow the support was able to “remotely” reset the camera even when I had no connection to it (?). No idea how they managed that, which anyway it didn’t work.
Lots of money and subscription payment for something that doesn’t work properly.

New interface rubbish
New interface is awful. It’s just a AI chat for a bot. No way you can switch it back to how it used to look. I don’t want to see a huge face and a type area. I want to see what I paid the cameras for first when I log in. It looks childish and tacky not like a premium product.
Happy with my Furbo camera but not this app.
