Addictive game to enjoy
Been playing this games for a bit now and I fully enjoy it! I’m in a lovely union who help make the game fun, I think that’s what needed to proper enjoy this game- a good team! ☺️
The events keep you coming back too and when the Superpass event is on everyone seems to enjoy that aswell! My negative is that the Crystals are hard to collect to help level up your elite staff special abilities, so that takes a while but hoping that the events give good prizes to help you like they did on the Christmas one!

Great but...
I love this game, however, I have played for nearly 1 whole year, but the game can’t really stick, I really think that when they do updates, they should do them without making players download the game again, I have been thrown out the came several times, and it’s really frustrating, especially as people like me want to play the game in peace!
In other words, I think the so-called developers of this game need the man up a bit if they want a good review on the game, and people playing it, there are way better games, and although I loved this game, it really goes out of fashion when you have to download it again what feels like 1OO times, I feel like my brain is going to explode! If the developers read this, DON’T MAKE PEOPLE DOWNLOAD THIS GAME AGAIN WHEN THERE ARE UPDATES!
*calming down* another thing I want to say, is please, if the developers read this, please don’t answer it saying “we will look into this, have a lovely day” and not do a think, like what always happens, and not read this VIL ( very important letter ) because if they read it properly, they could have the most popular game in the world, and millions of people playing it. Please look into this PROPERLY and I will continue playing this day forward, but for now, I’m sticking to roblox. Which is my favourite game at the moment, so watch out developers, your arch nemesis, roblox is coming for ya.
Honest review
This game was great at first- treating patients and managing a business was really fun for me. However after awhile I began to find my cure rate was getting lower, making the game less fun and progress a lot slower. To make my cure rate high again, I needed gems- so many gems that I would have to buy them. I feel personally a game shouldn’t force you to spend money to enjoy and even play it. The more I play, the harder i find it to progress without spending my money. I’m trying my best to keep playing but it’s just becoming more boring.
Developers: Also, I hit a problem. When I log back onto the game after doing something, it will say I cured 0 of some certain types patients which confuses me as, when I’m playing the game, every one of that type of patient will be cured.
