Description
Field service management connects to the AnyWare cloud solution. All service tickets can be provisioned and viewed via the mobile application (next to the web application).
It also allows to add extra details to the tickets, such as comments and attachments. It is possible to locate and navigate to the asset demanding the maintenance.
