Fresh Resident 4+

One suggestion would be to allow us to see what year each tenancy is attached too. When you open the app and sign in, you have to select your current year. As someone who has lived at the property for 4 years I have 4 tenancies on the app that are labelled identically. I would like to be able to see what year they are from and delete ones I no longer need.

I’ve lived here for 3 years as I had a foundation year. The rooms are amazing. A desk that lines an entire wall and a half giving plenty of space to work around. The staff have always been friendly and the social spaces have always been maintained neatly. There is lots of events and regular freebies available at reception. They have always taken care of me and I will happily stay here until my degrees are over

I have been trying to get in contact with this company for the past 2 weeks regarding several different issues that they’re refusing to fix and I am still waiting to here back from them. I have tried every contact method possible but still no answer including their “24 hour emergency” contact line that I’ve called so many times regarding so many safety issues but no one ever answers & the staff are never there. They don’t even have a safety feature on the app where you can put in complains. I do not recommend this company and I certainly do not recommend pavilion court.
