Version two better than version one or not

This version seems worse to update than the old version. It seems to be about four minutes behind even if you login and log out again think this needs to be changed. Also it seems to take a long time to submit for second charging timeslot and to me it would be nice to have a seven day timer instead of a 24 hour as with my electric provider I get cheap electric between certain hours but on the weekend only so I have to keep remembering to re-input those timeslots because when I turn them off or enable them I have to re-input the times it doesn’t save them

We are excited to share that our app now allows you to set specific time slots and repeat them over a selected period, such as every Monday. You can explore this new feature under Device → Schedule. App 2.0 is problematic

Such a fantastic product let down by a poor app. Stability to the v2.0 app is terrible. Having to force close and re open the app several times a day to get it to load correctly. Many times I get the error “no plant” when clearly I do. Days where it fails to load and get a blank page.
The FoxESS products are amazing but just wish for a stable and reliable app to be able to monitor efficiently.
Please update and bring stability over functions for now.

V2 officially launched

Now that V2 has been officially launched presumably you want us to delete V1, but we can’t do that until: 1 V2 fits an iPad screen properly (v1 did) 2 Mode scheduler templates are in V2 (as they are in V1) 3 Octopus agile scheduler is available in V2 (as it is inV1) 4 Screens 1 and 2 refresh automatically 5 The Home Screen visual layout is improved dramatically. Yes it’s 3D but it’s a mess. I’m really surprised that V2 has been launched officially without these basics being sorted. You could do a lot worse than learn from Energy Stats! Thanks for listening. Richard, thank you very much for your continuous attention and valuable comments on our APP. As for the energy flow diagram, some users like 2D and some like 3D, and we can do a switching version in the future. Since there are also a lot of users who care about revenue, revenue will continue to be retained.The total revenue value is determined by the Unit Income value set in the plant parameters.
If this value is set to 0, the Total Revenue value will be hidden.
