Good game, but limits transitions

I find this game really good for managing where my money goes, as it is fun and easy to do so. I like the aspect of watching you city grow as you manage your money, but you are limited to 5 transactions per day. I personally don't use more than the 5 that often, however I am unable to make any more after all the buildings are built for the day. The way I think the game could get around this is to allow you to make as many transactions as you need, but only the first 5 transactions build buildings. This would allow the game to function properly and allow the player to track their money.

its good but limiting

It’s good in a game fashion, as it is similar to the games that builds a city over time. it incorporates financial elements in it which makes it deeper, yet there are many transaction everyday, it makes sense the game limits the amount of building you can build a day (otherwise you can build a ultimate city over night, loses the game value) and it of course allows multiple entry of expenditures/income more than the 5 buildings that are built. however somehow In my mind this conflicts with each other, as really the incentive of logging my expenditure in this app is to see the city grow prosperous, that I stop logging out of the 5 building a day limits, which defeats its purpose as my financial tracker.

All in all I think it’s a good game, yet as a financial tracker, it’s a good idea which many studios are doing now, ways to gamify your life, but I find it blurred in its focus.

Imho, experience it yourself.

Appalled that subscribing to remove ads does not remove ads

It still encourages to watch ads all the time in exchange for extra prizes. I’m autistic and it really bothers me to have the little to do icon if I can’t complete it, that’s why I buy the ad free versions of these kinds of games. Think it’s deeply immoral to advertise it as ad free. In addition, the ads are really predatory ads for gambling which I think really goes against what I’d expect from a finance tracking app. Really has left a sour taste in my mouth. I’ve cancelled my free trial and will likely delete the whole app. This is my previous review before I found out that even paying £20 doesn’t remove the ads:

Lots of people say the best way to control your spending is to track not to budget and this app encourages you to track them everyday! And it’s so cute. It’s free but there are adverts
