Amazing Reformer Pilates Classes!
Form and Flow have incredible reformer pilates classes for beginners and those more advanced! The classes are taught by enthusiastic and down to earth instructors who help each individual, within the intimate class sizes, to get the most out of their workout. The app in particular can connect to your iCalendar to remind you of any upcoming classes you have booked and it also makes the booking procedure extremely intuitive. I have absolutely loved attending the mixed level reformer pilates classes, I have seen my strength build up since I started attending back in March and I can now lift more than I ever could at the gym!

Easy to search and find classes in each location, also super easy to amend any bookings.

I think the app is great and very user friendly. The team at Form and Flow will always help if you are struggling and are lovely and very approachable
