Foot Locker 4+

If you want something from footlocker, just go to the store. There was some Nike dunks coming out today at 8am, just 5 mins ago. I downloaded the app and was viewing them yesterday and the status of the shoes was “coming soon” so I got up before 8 and was ready to purchase them, but when I try to click on the shoes even to view them, it says unavailable (and this is before they were meant to drop) so instead I went on my laptop and went to the website, I could see the shoes on the page and as soon as it turned 8am I clicked on them hoping to buy them, but instead I got greeted with a message that said sold out. I don’t see how this is possible when it was literally as soon as it hit 8am. Then I came up with you have been placed in a queue for Austria but if you stay on the page for more than 2 mins it says “sorry this url has failed” I don’t see the point In the app or the website. Never buying anything from here again.

First of all I love footlocker and they have been the biggest competitor of JD for as long as I can remember but with the ease of buying online I feel footlocker has fallen behind badly. The app and the website are terrible, the filtering does not work on both for me and to me it seems they have given up for years. I hope the team at footlocker looks at these issues because in my opinion they are loosing a lot of sales. I can access the app and the website daily but cannot visit the store daily. With the app all I need to do is load it up, filter everything I am looking for and could take only 15 mins to check everything where as visiting the store will mean I need to allow my self at least 2 hours. I hope the developers look at these issues because at least for me I have not had a pleasant online search for years through the app or website and these things in 2022 should be a thing of the past.

For a store that is very known you would think the app would be some what of a high standard but it’s just the website even the website is better then the app I’ve tried signing in to the app and it don’t even let me in thought I forgot my password but it don’t even let me change it you need to go to the website and don’t get me started on hype beasts Releases they shouldn’t even do them why does the whole website go into quarantine when a shore drops like i don’t even want those shoes I want to get a pair of socks they should put a waiting line on the shoe not the whole site and I they can’t seem to even get the waiting line right hi had to wait hours waiting to get in the website it said they saved me a spot and it will be worth it but as soon as I get in sold out and all that time wasted they should take inspiration from the Nike store and get some people to work on the app it could be the best app but they lacking
