Fly Oneworld 4+

I have had the oneworld app on my iPhone for a few years. It’s a pretty useless app - you can’t book flights on it, you can’t look at schedule on it, you can’t check upgrade availability, etc., but the one function it did have that was useful for me was the worldwide lounge finder. But the app hasn’t worked on my phone for over a year. It would either hang, display an data update message that took hours and did nothing, or would simply just crash upon trying to open the app. So today I deleted it an re-installed it afresh. It clearly is a different app - the app icon has changed - but when I try and open that app I just get an error, “forbidden”, then the app immediately closes. oneworld, I am embarrassed for you. I hope you do not pay your developers very much. Perhaps, you don’t - and that’s the problem.

1. App constantly showing the ‘forbidden’ error message. Totally unusable when people need it the most

2. Get rid of the useless features such as flight search - no one is using it which I’m sure the usage data will confirm

3. Add terminal map to each lounge so it’s easier for us to locate them. This feature has been available in your competitors’ apps, for a while!

4. Make sure entry criteria are accurate for each lounge - currently they’re all over the place, not just for eligible tiers but also eligible airlines! The inaccurate information in your app has caused both entry refusals and missed entry opportunities!

Decent app to find out where lounges are. Only three stars because some lounges with same name don’t accept entry into the lounge in domestic terminals and are international terminals only . I wish that was clearly stated in the information. It would have save me a lot of hassle and time.
