Worst customer service ever.
This would be a five star review, because the app is very easy to use and I’ve never hand an issue with it. However, problems arose when I couldn’t login to my account. I thought contacting FIXR would be simple as they have a live chat option and email service. Says there’s always agents available but they never respond at all. I’ve tried the live chat service over 10 times, waited hours for a response but still never had a response. Tried the emailing them on the 13th January but haven’t don’t a response back. This issue has been going on going for 2 weeks, I had tickets on my account which I couldn’t use and now expired and there’s absolutely no one to speak to.
Don’t think I’ll ever be buying tickets of this app again.
So useful for university
I’m a university student and since downloading this app, it has allowed me to buy my tickets anywhere I was even the event was occurring that day.
The app allows you to see events happening in so many different cities, which is very useful as I travel back and forth form Nottingham and London regularly.
Highly recommend to anyone at university!!!!
