Version 1.0.14
Quick Add meal entries now allow you to lock portion sizes for specific food items while optimizing your meal. This enables you to set fixed quantities for certain ingredients (e.g., 2 slices of bread) while adjusting the rest of the meal for optimal nutritional value (e.g., modifying the amount of lunch meat for your sandwich).
The workout optimizer now offers the option to filter exercises based on the equipment you have available. This ensures that every generated workout consists only of exercises you can actually perform. Whether you have just a set of dumbbells or access to a fully equipped gym, the optimizer curates the most effective workout tailored to your available equipment.
The meal plan generation capabilities now include filtering options for meals based on allergies and food restrictions. Additionally, there's an enhanced label scanning interface when using the AI Scanner.
