Fitbit to Health App Auto Sync 4+

Good app but not reading and syncing sleep information. This information gets into health possibly through Fitbit app but not this.

Also I couldn’t get the support link to work. It’s a good start but with some bugs.

I am Ergun, I am one of the developers and also a user of the app.
The bug about the support link where certain devices with certain iOS versions could not open the link is fixed with version 3.2. It will be released after the review process is completed.
As far as sleep sync is considered, I think it is really a frustrating bug for the user.
There could be several reasons as to why you are encountering this error:
Senario 1:
If you have a lot of data, the app cannot sync every piece of your data with just only one synchronization as developers have a rate limit of 150 network requests per hour. The app schedules uncompleted requests to background synchronization.
Solution 1:
If your app is not force quitted in the background, it will complete the requests as soon as the phone allows the app to run in the background. (Most likely within 24hours all uncompleted requests are completed)

Senario 2:
If there is an another app which has the ability to write sleep data, the another app may have higher priority to write the sleep data as it is installed before our app. Therefore, you may not see the sleep data in the health app even though application completed the sync.

Solution 2:
You can change the priority order of the applications through Health app by following the tutorial on "How to Make the App Primary Data Source" in the Help tab.

Other scenarios include user may have not allow access to the app to write sleep data through health app or read sleep data through the FitBit service. However, I believe this is not the issue that you are describing.

Why buy a product from a company that restricts you from using if you don’t sign up but then doesn’t have an option to create an account

Thank you for your comment. Sadly, it is a requirement for you to have a Fitbit account. Without a Fitbit account, there is no way that we can sync your data.
On the other hand, the app asks for your existing account rather than creating a new one. Therefore, we're having trouble understanding why you're filling out a form in order to use the app.
