Great App

Great app but sadly here in Dalgety Bay didn’t show the brown bin this week. It’s a real shame that Fife council aren’t providing the latest data

Ok during the year, unreliable over holidays

Nearly missed a collection due to wrong info in app. Thought maybe I needed to update the app to fix, but not to be. Read reviews and tried developers suggestion of going to settings and notifying them of error. Only trouble with this solution is that the developer assumes everyone has a twitter account to contact them.
I thought I’d give the developer a chance and try something before reviewing but when they reply “cool story” to 1 star feedback you can gauge their professionalism. I reckon a lot of people will have missed their pick ups this holiday due to app.

Fife council won’t give me winter collection schedule so it’s a bit of a hit and miss, about half the properties have it correct.

Great app

This app has made life so much more streamline checking what bin it is. Super clear and easy to use. If only the council could get web and app developers who could make things this user friendly!
Fingers crossed for an update for the new bin timetable and day changes. Doesn’t seem to have updated yet though and it’s only 3 days to go.
