Sent to the wrong port
This app has worked okay, it has very limited information about your ferry and no information about its location other than a map. On my last booking I went to the port it told me my ferry was departing from an hour in advance and turns out the ferry was in the opposite part of town and I missed it and lost all my money. Would not recommend

Great until something goes wrong
Really liked the Ferryhopper app ……. then we had a problem… one of our Ferries was delayed and when we went to download the tickets it wouldn’t let us … assume as the ferry should already have left .
Tried to contact Ferryhopper but no way of sorting things out just a bot that answers very simple questions……, no phone no etc to help anyone.
Very let down as well as stranded
