Complete disaster. Do not buy this system. Unreliable. Everything in my building works and has steady signal except this

So i kept asking and asking and after connecting the support from Fermax and my internet provider and them changing the settings on my router, and some other wifi settings that i dont understand it was still not working. Eventually I had a wall unit replacement sent to me which i plugged in and it works perfect since then.
It was a hard work figuring this out but now it works fine and i am happy with it.

The whole system has not worked properly since day 1. We’re in month 5 since installation and it is still not working.
- during installation the 3 man team could not get the app and terminal connected. They were going to get someone more experienced get back to me. I never heard anything.
- I managed to get the app working on my own, online instructions are somewhat lacking.
- The app works occasionally but the terminal loses WiFi connection constantly. Even with a WiFi extender being less than 2 meters from it, and I get perfect WiFi signal everywhere in the house.
- An “engineer” came to check why our apartment cannot be contacted from outside the complex, and was extremely rude to me in my house when I asked about the WiFi and the app, insisting the issue is that I am either using 5Ghz or too far from the router... which neither is the case.
- he went to test the call feature outside the complex, we could not hear each other on the call and the video dropped after 2 seconds.
- he communicated to the complex manager that there is no fault with the system.
- I can still not let people in from outside the complex, and it has been 5 months since the installation.
- so needless to say, the whole system not just the app, is subpar, and the service is atrocious.

Does what it says it does, call diverts to the phone reasonably quick, 3-4 seconds after the monitor rings. Had a some issues when installed but turned out to be that the router was too far from the monitor. Had to fit a wifi repeater. Audio and video ok. Door opening works with Face ID
