FAX from iPhone: Receive, Send 4+

I cannot express how much appreciation I have for the inventor and developers of this app. I almost never need to use it, but when I do, it’s a life saver.

Downloaded this just to send 1 x fax thanks to my mobile banking with RBS being inept transferring to a savings acct due to limits on larger transfers beyond 2 p/w RBS gave me a fax no to send my signed transfer request or drive to non existent local branch so I had no choice but to download this app and pay over £9 to send 1 fax. Downloaded my photo signed request/pressed send only to get error - won’t send/ not recognised or fraudulent. I checked the fax no and read it back to RBS so it was the correct no! Incredibly frustrating to even need a fax in 2025. Cancelled my sub otherwise it’ll keep taking £9 odd every week. Waste of time 0* for RBS and 0* for this app.

The app works, and is a clever and useful thing. But why have they now got a minimum spend of £10? I rarely send faxes, so spending £10 to buy the ability to send lots of faxes is no use to me. I guess they’re not after people like me, but if it was possible, say, to buy a one-off for £2, I would imagine the odd £2 from people like me would add up. Instead, my money will go towards a postage stamp and some ink. Disappointed.

Our company prioritizes creating a user-friendly experience for all our users. We make it a point to listen carefully to their feedback and cater to their requests whenever possible.

However, we want to inform you that Apple has implemented a technical constraint that mandates a minimum subscription period of one week for services, including in the Fax app. Therefore, it is currently not feasible for us to offer a subscription for a single fax or one day as it would go against their policy.
