Add personal Notes and view them by date in the Calendar together with your archived data which you can edit or delete at any time.

The best tool

I have been using this app since reading the book ( I bought it in Italian as it was published first) and I have done 3 cycles with the app. Works really well! I love having the tracking page..keeps me going. Best thing is you can customise with your own foods and you always have it with you.

Indispensabile per fare la Mima Digiuno

Ho provato varie volte a fare la Mima Digiuno per conto mio, senza però mai avere la certezza di fare bene. Con questa app invece riesco a fare i calcoli facilmente. Peccato che sia solo in inglese, anche se poi ho tradotto i nomi dei cibi in italiano e funziona benissimo. Ne sono rimasta molto soddisfatta!

Disappointing

This is just a food list (available elsewhere for free); a short guide on the FMD (better available elsewhere for free); proformas for planning foods to eat which does macro calculations for you.
No recipes, so not creativity.
Save your money. I would like mine back.
