my opinion

I have been using this for a few days now, since November 8th. I absolutely love this app and it has been helping me. I have been consistently maintaining healthy dieting as well, which was provided by the app’s guidance articles and also the advice given by the chat bot. I recommend when fasting, hydrate, because it provides energy and makes you feel more awake. I’ve also noticed that cutting out fatty foods helped me remember things more, and I have saw a decrease in bloating. I no longer have the urge to eat sweet treats, and it’s only been a couple days in. Also, if you’re just starting out, don’t fast for too long. Maybe like 3-4 hours, have a meal, and then go back to fasting for your other meal! People downgrade this app because they do this everyday, which you’re not meant too. You have a day with fasting, and then alternative eating and dieting. I think the best diet is 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 2 snacks, like a bag of apples, some grapes, almonds, and if you don’t like those maybe a sly little treat, because if you don’t feed yourself that little bit of, for example, a twix bar you’re going to want to eat it more and more each day. So take a little bite (enough to satisfy) which is consistent snacking.

Poor advice

I started using this app as I regularly fast. I went for 100+ hours without stop/starting the app because I was travelling and the app seemed to think that mot eating for that long was a good thing! Bad advice.
