Cheating on awards voting by lyw fans
This app is blatantly allowing cheating. Today within the space of an lim young woong on individual tma add 3 million votes within the space of an hour meaning they had 3000+ accounts with 1k votes drop just like that. Paid votes? Certainly multiple accounts in the thousands. As of now 7 hours later they have add 20 million votes. And moved up to 2nd place from 7th. There is no way that guy has that large a fandom to support such large votes. His top voters have half the votes as the other top nominees. This is either the fact/ FANNSTAR manipulation or his agency buying votes. FANNSTAR needs to be transparent about voting what percentage is paid or video/mission votes? How many accounts are voting for each candidate? Disable buying stars or make rainbow stars not usable on award voting. Lim young woong fans have already been called out for cheating by MUBEAT. WE NEED PROOF THAT THESE AWARDS ARE NOT FIXED. OTHERWISE WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOUR APP
Completely down!
This app has been down for the last 7 hrs. Many of us that use it through our love for BTS on Twitter have been trying but nothing. All were all getting is a white page with black text on it. Please could you fix this issue promptly.
Up until now I’ve not had any complications, I just found it extremely hard to get the hang of it (I’m not on my own), also really hard to navigate & find things, not clear or concise instructions.
I need to get it back. I’m on day 21 of checking in so I do not want to start over. Please fix.

To be honest, this app is not user friendly. It’s confusing and slow and takes way too long to do anything. But more importantly, it breaches advertising / commercial & trade standards. Voting itself is way too difficult and long of a process, and any app that does not support Yoongi, shall not receive my support. Safe to say that I will not be using this app again.
