Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

What is going on?
I have used famey for couple of years but around 6 months ago I had to stop using it and cancel my subscription. The app kept freezing repeatedly during me creating my videos. It was really frustrating and time wasting. I just got back to it and resubscribed, hoping things would be different however I am having exactly same issues. Such a shame! Why is Famey unaware of the issue with their app and not fixing it???

Hello. We're so sorry for the bad experience this has caused you. We'll look into it and will try fixing it as soon as possible. In your case, please consider turning off the auto-renewal of your current subscription. You may also request a refund if you wish to. To do that, first sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com, click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."

Don’t need to “consider adding new free features in the future” - maybe.
Saving a video or picture is the basic necessity of using content editing apps so by making it a paid feature you walk me right into the arms of apps like CapCut.
Understand that you want to grow & retain users but you have a million options to this such as new features, limited templates and development on some tools like clip stitching.
Pay walling basic features is a great way to get someone to opt into the free trial & ghost you there after. It’s a SAVE button FGS guys. Sort it out.
