The mobile app will provide flexibility to patient for checking available doctor slot for any specific location for Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital / clinics. They can book an appointment only with the doctor available for respective specialty. They can also view their visits in the app as part of the Timeline feature.

Terrible UI
Terrible UI for in-app check in. You click on the check-in and it takes you to a pay page. The once you pay you only get two buttons, “Download Receipt” or “Back”. The page they show you has important information, so you’d think you have to stay on it.
What the app doesn’t tell you is that you’re not checked in. You have to go back to the home screen, and then click the appointment, and press on Check-In a second time. Of course, by the time you realise this your appointment time has already passed.
