FAC Bandit is a multiband audio effect that splits the audio signal into three bands of frequencies according two adjustable crossover points. Each band is processed independently by its own effect processor and the outputs are then recombined to produce the final effect.
Each frequency range is altered with different effects and settings that won't sound the same if applied to the full frequency range. As you have probably realized, FAC Bandit is a wonderful and powerful sound design tool for designers who want to sculpt new personal, exciting and outstanding sounds. Either in a subtle way, without compromising the original tone, or in a more drastic way.

Amazing effect
One of the most amazing multi band effects you can buy for iOS music production. Fred’s apps are ways good quality and this one does not disappoint. If you are serious about making music on iOS you need this app. I would also recommend looking at all of his other apps as well. Easy to use, visually stunning and the sound quality is just as good (if not better) as desktop effects.
Excellent upgrade
The reverb iap catapults this into something I will think about using virtually every time I record something (and I have many reverbs on ios), whether I use it or not I'll still try it out as it was already good enough, but now it's one of those apps that can potentially always add something unique and track changing - pretty much like all Fred's apps really. I can't praise this enough.
Top draw
Got it last night and had a fiddle with it, to great effect. As with all the other Fac units, this one is an instabuy. You can apply the effects to anything and in one of three bands, enabling you to subtly or radically transform any sound. Great for live stuff, too, I imagine.
