The staff were so helpful and kind. I was new to the building and the App. They were so polite. Thank you.
It just stops working…
I check for updates each week to see if there is a fix but there are none. Often the ability to scan only works for the first item, the second won’t scan and if you try to then pay just for the first item it won’t let me. It tried and the button to pay just greyed out. I have to reinstall it to get any functionality out of it. Taken to bringing my own food to work so I don’t have to use this app.
Glitcy
When working it's OK but I often have to restart my phone because the app crashes and gets stuck most days. There is nowhere within app to report faults and the receiver machine at the canteen has been broken for over a week now.
There is no way to collect loyalty points if you pay by cash either. How do I report this feedback?
