Doesn’t function as well as it should
Scanning QR codes is hit and miss and when it does scan the alert to say it’s scanned successfully doesn’t work so you don’t know if the attendee has been checked in or not
Poor
I was hoping since it had been updated they might have made it work.
It still won’t even scan a ticket onscreen or via a print out.
So poor! Of course you don’t find this out until you have spent loads on their plugins and spent a lot of time integrating into your site.
Crashing before opening!
I have a major event in a few days time and the app is not working on iOS 13.1.3, not impressed!
