The app is very useful and it was quick to submit the application and get the result back. In the the second scan process all you need to do is resting the camera on the passport (camera lenses facing the passport and the phone screen facing up). While the phone is rested on the passport, slowly drag the phone toward yourself and it will scan and read the cover magically.

This was possibly the worst experience.

Mainly because the face recognition was work took my took my image more than 10 times, then I had to try another four times, then another 10 times.

The scanning of the inside of the passport image we well as recognised and automatically filled in my digital details .

It took nearly TWO hours to keep scanning my passport cover to recognise my passport which was okay.

I had to scan my cover several times over different times, over periods of 45 minutes, half an hour, and 40 minutes.

The App was NOT recognising any of UK mobile phones numbers. When listening ‘Unknown’ as address couldn’t recognise there is problems in listening the unknown for US telephone numbers !

As result of not listening telephone numbers was not able to pass or store this section.

It had take me over 3 hours to try and negotiate this App due to the above problems, Apps are supposed to be easy !!!

The e-Capita should take in consideration of these problems.

Should these above problems cause the service user of savings and and re-opening the account, over a 4 hour period.

Capita could design a App much better!!

It was easy enough to complete the information required, however allowing the user to type where the drop down menus are would save time scrolling through all the different options on the drop down menus, which there are a lot of. It could also pre populate duplicate information requirements.

During payment it doesn’t allow Apple Pay, by the time I had got my card out it wouldn’t allow me to pay which resulted in me waiting until the next day to complete the payment process. I appreciate I should have had my card to hand but most apps allow Apple Pay or auto populates card information.
