ePay.bg is the trustworthy, simple and convenient way to pay your bills. Check and pay your utility bills by adding which bills you want to pay. Pay your bills instantly to most utility companies, mobile operators, insurance and financial companies in Bulgaria.
BANK ACCOUNT TRANSFERS
Make payments via bank transfers or cash transfers to pre-registered beneficiary.
SEND MONEY
Transfer money to your family and friends by using their email or mobile number. Make securely internet purchases of goods and services and personal payments.
REQUEST AND RECEIVE MONEY
Request money from anyone and keep track of payments received. Send invoices to your customers using their email or mobile number. The recipient gets an email or SMS with request details and instructions for payment -online with bank card or ePay microaccount, via ATM or in cash.
TRANSACTION HISTORY AND BALANCE
Check the balance of registered cards and microaccount anywhere and anytime. See your last 5 transactions including payment details; keep track of all received transfers to your microaccount.

Very poorly thought out structure misleading info it’s not in english
Very poor introduction has no option for language it says it’s in English but loads up in Bulgarian with no way of understanding how to change the language
I would suggest the first page you see is the country flags so the user can actually set the language that’s readable to them.
Waste of time if your not Bulgarian the info on this app is misleading to state it’s in different languages when a basic app developer would know the first thing to do is for user to set language in order to understand the text
When dealing with sensible data like money transfers you have to wonder if this is a safe app at all if they can’t even get very basic things right
Artful
Absolute rubbish, like everything in Bulgaria only this app can be used to pay for governmental services. Clear monopoly situation and absolute useless operators. Just completely joke.
Great to pay
So when the app got updated it was in Bulgarian and I was like eeeeeek how do I deal with this but I messed around for two minutes and figured out how to get it to English.
Literally press the words right at the bottom of the first page and English comes up as an option.
For those moaning about it being Bulgarian it's a bloody app to pay bills in Bulgaria for Bulgarian people. Stop being so bloody English and moaning and expect everything to be in english
