As a public user…Just Horrible
Confusing, outdated app platform. Can’t copy and paste card numbers as flat form segments numbers. Too many different apps public qr codes sun bleached or scratched off. Bad system in place and no card scanning or registration through email or social media… really Just want to plug in and pay won’t ever use ECO again waste of time and terribly frustrating…took me almost half an hour just to get it set up and needed phone support too…app is now freezing and it has charged me since the time it plugged in not since I registered and got it working…Company doesn’t care about its customers or their feedback…
Buy yourself a charger
My experience so far with this app is shocking to say the least. My partner cannot even use the app as it shuts down when trying to enter payment details. Reinstalled several times and reset password twice, NOW GIVEN UP.
I have tried 2 chargers in St Sampson Guernsey and both don't work. Plugged in and wouldn’t charge at all because of app issue. Disconnected and got charged for 1 hour.
Im going to buy myself a charger as this is the worst experience of purchasing my electric vehicle. They vehicle itself is fantastic.
Don’t use if low on charge
Steer clear of EO chargers if on low battery, or haven’t got time to disconnect and connect until a charge eventually works, that’s not to mention after you’re charged with a load of £1 holding fees each time it thinks a charge has worked.
The one thing they’ve got to do is charge your car, if they don’t do that properly what is the point!!
