Energy Stats 4+

Lots of information for me.

I’m not a techie at all so some of the information is a bit beyond my requirements, but I do like the app as it’s straightforward to understand and take on board. For what I use the app for it is easy to work with so I do recommend it. Plus, it also has the added bonus of generally keeping going when the Fox app goes down. Only quirk I find is the variation of battery and inverter temperatures between this and Fox ESS app - which is the closer I wonder??

Hi! The Fox app 2 reports your battery's lowest temperature which is used when calculating charge/discharge rates. Fox don't make this available to Energy Stats yet though, instead they make the BMS temperature available which is usually a little higher than the battery's temperature

Quality App for FoxESS Owners

If I had known this app existed when my system got installed I might never have gone down the Home Assistant path…it absolutely does everything from snapshot views of the system through statistics and the ability to download the data to putting you in control of your inverter and providing you with the control to maximise the return on your investment. This is much better than the OEMs App, and is a lot more intuitive than HA.

The Simple Alternative to the Over complex Fox app

Finally! A solution that gives a quick and effective overview of my Fox inverter without ‘baggage’ and without me having to spin up a Home Assistant custom solution. On my KH8 it works brilliantly and I love the fact that I can display ‘available’ battery based on the bottom SOC limit rather than the total battery size. So much easier for the rest of the family to understand. Nice work.
