ENBD X 4+

Why on Earth ENBD felt they needed to change their app to this version is beyond me. It is NOT user friendly at all.

The old app was so easy to navigate, this one is ridiculously complicated, I now can’t use face identification to log in, I’m sure it’s there, but impossible to find. My automatic payments disappeared, again I can’t find it to set it up again.

This is not what I would expect from a supposed upgrade, they seriously need to look at this application and bring back the old style pronto, as the old adage goes? “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.

The app fails to accept valid password sequences. For example, a sequence like aA8&/_[]akbhhftFfffcGbgfccddIhbgfPkh is considered as not meeting the requirements of having mixed case letters, special characters, numbers and being at least eight characters long. It expects for a very limited subset of “special characters” and rejects any others. You must be lucky to guess the characters the app is aware of. The length validator is bluntly incorrect. On top of that you can’t copy and paste when changing the password. That’s very irritating. I’ve been using this app for more than two years and I don’t see any improvements. All they did, apparently, is a redesign—now the app is even more limited than it used to be in about two years ago.

Do NOT UPDATE to this app. I never write any reviews but please whoever read it do not download it as u will not be able use normal ENBD app after. Why this considered as update for ENBD app and now I cannot use my old app at all every time I try delete this app I still cannot go back to my old online banking. This app not good at all and u need to give option to people to be able to remove and have choice to go back to normal banking app. My mistake I didn’t check before I update it
