لي تقريباً شهر احاول اقفل البطاقه الائتمانيه كل يوم يعطونك موعد ولا يصير شي الين رفعت شكوى في سمه كير وتقفلت والمفروض يكون خلال ٧٢ ساعه يتحدث نظام سمه ف ارسلو رساله بعد ٧٢ ساعه ان قفلنا حسابك ولكن انتظر يومين للتحديث في سمه .. خدمه عملاء ماعندهم اي صلاحيه غير يقرون لك اللي عالشاشه ولما ترفع تصعيد انتظر انت وحظك ٥ ايام اسبوع ولما تبي تتواصل مع الاداره المسؤله عن التصعيد يقولك هم يشتغلون اون لاين ماعندنا ارقامهم ولا ايميلات صدق مسخره

للاسف شركة غير مسؤولة
وقعت عقد معهم ومنتظم بالسداد، واتفاجأ باغلاقهم لحسابي وعدم قدرتي على الوصول له من عدة اشهر، والاثباتات جميعها موجودة عندي ايميلات ورسائل انها تم حل المشكلة ولم يتم حلها. انتبه قبل تتعامل معهم.

التحديثات للمدفوعات بسرعه وليس يومين عشان تحدث
الدخول عن طريق البصمه للتطبيق
اضافة امكانية السداد المبكر لكامل المبلغ وليس للطلب فقط
