The Best App for Tracking
This has to be the best app for tracking your workouts by far. Most apps are useful when it comes to logging, but this app actually “tracks” you can see workout by workout which lifts you did before, helping you to reach new personal bests. Useful videos on each exercise to show you the correct way to do them. But the real killer on this app is you actually get to speak to the creator and coach man himself Jonathan, there is a community where everyone can chat to each other and keep you all motivated. Get it today!
Can’t recommend it enough!
Highly recommend downloading this app! Tracking your progress is so easy and you get weekly summaries of all your workouts from the previous week. There’s demo videos to ensure correct form and sample splits to follow, which definitely sets this app apart from the rest👌🏻
Brilliant app
Absolutely brilliant app. Seeing real progress due to it tracking things so well. You can save workouts as templates, or use templates on the app. It’s so easy to use and I got my first compliment from someone in the gym too about my progress. Worth every penny.
