Customers who insure their car or van with us can take advantage of these extra features:
• MyTrips, where you can share your journeys to unlock achievement badges
• Emergency assistance to get help in the event of an accident
If you've selected ‘Allow all the time’ for the app accessing your location, it collects data about your journeys. You can control your data, tell the app whether you were the driver or passenger, and ignore bus or bike journeys if they've been collected too. Service & App Performance Issues – Urgent Review Needed
I have been using your insurance for a year now, but I find it more expensive than other providers. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with your app or website, as both take a long time to load. It often takes 30 minutes or more just to access a page or open the app, which is extremely frustrating.
Additionally, despite paying a higher premium compared to other insurers, the service quality is disappointingly poor. I kindly request you to address these issues as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to switch to another insurance provider.
Great app
Great app, easy to use and navigate. However the maintenance that’s being done has taken a few days and I would like to access my app account. Please hurry up with the maintenance
Please sort it out
I have been using this app for a year or so. Please sort out the long loading times between pages and the difficult to use menus. Every time you press something it opens a new page and you can’t go back each step you have to start over. It makes something that should be simple ie adding a temp car take 20 mins which is mad. A lot of the time it come up that I have to get in contact with someone to do something, but then if you re load the app it lets you do it on the app??
