Edenred Savings 4+

Excellent app. The savings are almost instant. My only gripe is every so often some of the main supermarket discounts disappear and reappear with no warning. For example my main supermarket near where we live is asda and the discount sometimes goes off the app and then back on. The average 4% over the year here accounts to nearly £200 saved at this supermarket and others alone. Its a no brainer and it takes about less than a minute to purchase them using the app. Clarks shoes for my children often give over 10% again all little savings that add up…

The e vouchers arrive pretty much within less than 10minutes of purchase. I have saved at least £500 on food in less than 2years which helps to pay off the mortgage in the long term and puts more food on the table. I thank my employer and eden red for this! Highly recommended app essential for families and all alike!

App was quick and easy to navigate. The search function saves scrolling and the categories are really relevant to what everyone needs right now! I can’t believe the amount of discounts available, such a diverse range!

Trying to purchase high value vouchers is like pulling teeth.

You’re met with a transaction failed message after buying a couple, and have bought many over the years, email them, only to be told you need to wait 24 hours due to security issues (imagine wanting to spend your wages).

Then the next day you wait and still can’t, to be told there’s a maximum daily limit you can buy (crystal ball out as nowhere does it state that).

Email them again to be told there’s a maximum of 3 per day that can be bought, again, nowhere does it say that.

Their customer service, if you can call it that, is lacking.

My bank and my devices have security, if I wish to spend my money after going through my own protocols then they should not be blocking my doing so, it’s really not that hard.

Every time you email them it’s a new excuse, it’s your bank, it’s this, it’s that, how about admitting liability for your restrictive system and let users use the service as they see fit, as mind-blowing as that idea seems.
