On the Web Site i have paid for a INDIVIDUAL persons account (I’m 48 and learning to type. Personally I don’t care if its aimed at schools, I’m a student and a typing age of 4yrs old anyway. What i think is gross is that i pay money to access, and miss out on a dedicated app for my typing.

First thing you are presented with upon opening the app is the requirement for ‘school reference number’. You cannot access the app without it. This is absolutely unfair as a paying customer. If you have a problem with that then i want a refund. I’m locked out of the full experience, having paid premium money for the privilege.

If you made this accessible for non students as well, you really would have the ultimate typing tutor. But this warrants 1 out of 5 as , lets face it, i could learn online for free albeit more tedious.

I had to delete so many apps for it, it doesn’t work on any other device than a computer phone or pc and when I try log onto it it just leaves a white screen.

It doesn’t work. Plz fix. It won’t let me type, it just keeps coming up with ‘touch to start’.
