The all new ECG PowerApp reflects our renewed vision to delight customers at all touch-points. It enables you to connect to critical information as they happen, and to engage directly with our customer service team to report issues for timely feedback on this app.
Top up for all prepaid and postpaid meter types (and soon including selected card-based meters via NFC and Bluetooth)
Our refreshed top-up process means that you can receive refunds faster should any transaction go wrong, and withdraw same refunds instantly to your mobile money wallet or bank account.

Crashing
I think this app is innovative however it’s currently crashing when I select monthly to view the meter summary

The app doesn’t tell us the right information on our bill but always gives in accurate information why can’t it gives us the right amount if you pay the bill then tells us you’ve paid all your debt or this is your credit left or balance to pay but rather rather keep adding to our bill. You can’t get three months previous bills like somewhere last year it would be much better every three or six months you upgrade us of our statements to know what’s going on. Customers using solar still pays crazy bills no staff comes to the house to read the meter the past one year no one has been to read my meter so could you please do something about it for us.
Needs a lot of work!
You can only purchase credit… and that’s when it feels like it, so woe betide you if the app is having a glitch in the middle of the night.
It gives you wrong info on your balance so you always have to physically check the meter. Defeats the object really, and makes it difficult when you’re away.
Only certain classes of Complaints can be made. The Complaints sent are never addressed, so you always have to go to your district office. You can’t get info on your district office, contact nos etc. so tried google with far more success.
