Asks about a ton of your information at signup. You need a Turkish phone number to be able to use the app. After installation, when you try to launch the app, you keep receiving an error “failed to retrieve user information”. This app makes driving an electric car in Turkey a nightmare.
Not available to international customers!
Easily used chargers across France, Italy and Greece. Tried the nearest charger on arrival in Bodrum today - out of order. Found another one, downloaded the app, set up my account but you can’t simply add your credit card. They POST you a card and only just in Turkey! Unbelievable! Normally I find Turkey quite good digitally but this is a joke! Also need a lot more infrastructure in Turkey. I spoke to an electric Porsche driver who had a card but the charger didn’t work and he had little charge left. I am amazed that anybody has an electric only car in Turkey!
