Useless
Pointless app the collection day for some bins are missing (grey)and if you email about it you get ignored, better off using the calendar that’s sent out because this app was a waste of time and money
Options
Why is there not an option to complain about bins. E.G There is no lid on the bin and all the rubbish gets scattered all over the place in high winds like today. There should be an option to address other complaints.

Thank you for your feedback. On the top right hand side of the app there is a 'message' icon which opens a window containing links to report various issues including; Reporting a missed bin collection; Bins - request and apply; Request a bulky waste uplift; report Fly tipping; and Report a dead animal.The second option allows a user to report a damaged or lost bin and request a replacement.

Just received the 2025 bin calendar when will the app be updated to reflect the changes
