Easy to use
I have used this app a few times to report cars blocking others and walking paths (of which there are not enough of in Dubai) making it dangerous for parents to walk on roads with children and pushchairs . I believe the owners are contacted and told to move the obstruction.
Doesn’t work
Can’t select language when it opens. Crashes when you try to allow it to use the microphone. Unable to use the “Report” option as a location marker never appears! Needs more work. Using and iPhone X.
Many functions not working
I have tried a number of different ways to get the call center to call me back with no luck, also tried to login also no luck. As for the interactive service and chat is very limited.
Also no function to follow up on services. For example submitted bounced cheque request. And it says registered. What happened since, what’s the feedback, what are next steps and how can police help. Nothing in the app to support these queries and no one to call to ask for help via the app.
