Utterly, utterly, awful

Please, for the love of God, do not be fooled into thinking this is a quality password manager because it's by Dropbox. I think they must have given this one to the interns. It's truly awful, riddled with bugs and what's more is that when it goes wrong, customer service have ZERO idea how to help you. I've had an open ticket since DECEMBER and I'm still no closer to getting my account back online. Customer service a) dont care b) don't know what they're talking about. So, so angry about this and should never have quit 1Password.

Hot garbage - Just pay for 1Password

This is a perfect example of a company going "yeah, we can do that", then pulling all resources from it a year later. Huge regret switching from 1Password to this steaming pile of uselessness. I figured since "i was paying for it anyway", it wouldn't be half bad. But it was released a seriously long time ago and they've just not updated it to include a decent UX. Why the pulled the desktop app, I've no idea but that was the final nail in the coffin as the entire desktop db is now read-only.
