Really buggy app, can’t log in most of the time, it could be great but so many glitches!
Unusuable
Downloaded to benefit from the 10% app discount however you can’t add anything to basket! Clicking on items loads a blank scroll page only consisting of photos no other options to add to basket or select size. Need to add to favourites in order to add to cart, but then can’t select size to do so. The select size option clicks and then greys out no pop up box appears whatsoever. Actually can’t add to cart or checkout, was just about to place a £230 order but then saw I could get 10% off by downloading the app. As it’s unusable and I can’t claim the added discount I’m not going to bother!
App is broken
The app has always worked fine up until the last couple of weeks, now it won’t let me log in saying my “email or password is incorrect”… but I can log into the website with the same details just fine. I would just use the website instead but it won’t load the whole of my wishlist (will only load about 5 items) and says “error loading wishlist” at the bottom of the page. So both are kind of useless now.
