Description
Devotion is a tool of affirmation from Embrace which tailors messages for its beloved users dependent upon the user’s gender and mood.
This delightful app started out as a tool to affirm those who happen to be transgender, however, anyone is able and welcome to receive words of encouragement.
This app asks for your name and pronouns to allow you to receive intentional affirmations. You are able to switch between four moods (Content, Anxious, Brave or Lonely) to customize the kind of message you wish to receive. These affirmations are written by a real person.
You can expect to receive affirmations Monday through Friday, and the time notifications are sent vary day by day.
Devotion is free to use; however, I recently added some premium features should you wish to subscribe. You can still access Devotions and receive notifications at no charge. This technology was created to make people happy and inspire hope that will never change.

thank you for this app.
i know this app is meant specifically for transgender / non-cis individuals, but as a cisgender person i still find comfort in this app. it’s messages are enough to bring me up for a day, and the notifications are equally as motivational. this app is one of the apps that i actually turn on my notifications for because i know i can trust it with what it tells me daily. thank you to whoever works on this app.
whether you’re trans or cis, happy or sad, this app is perfect. it gives the right amount of motivation to help somebody get through the negative sides and throw themselves back on track.
