Money transfer
Transferring funds is extremely complicated. One needs two devices and you need to be fairly computer literate to complete and go through the process. In contrast to US and UK online banking it’s far too complex.
App randomly forgets account details when logging on
I’ve used easier and more secure banking apps.
The iPad version has never stored my account details meaning you have to enter the branch number and account number off your card every time you want to check your balance.
The iPhone version has now started to behave in the same way.
Not sure on the point of the companion autotan app that you need to log in when you could just use Face ID
One small Change
In my current account I can see a graph of my the amount in my account over time. (30, 60, 90 days etc.) It would be amazing to have this for investment account too.
Hopefully it will point in the right direction. :-)
