With the new version of the Dethleffs Connect App, you now not only have vehicle-related functions but also receive interesting information, checklists, and tips about camping for the first time.

Thanks to extended features, the new Dethleffs Connect App becomes the primary source of information and tips about camping, regardless of the recreational vehicle being used. In addition to the purely vehicle-related functions, the app also includes an interactive map feature that allows you to locate and save Dethleffs service partners nearby, for instance. Furthermore, news, reports, and tips in the categories of "Travel Inspiration," "Camping," "New Products," and "About Dethleffs" provide insights into current camping topics and intriguing travel destinations. The comprehensive service section of the app offers users a knowledge database about camping, answers to frequently asked questions, troubleshooting and self-help assistance for issues and problems, a vehicle-specific manual, up-to-date catalogs and price lists, checklists for beginners and professionals, such as those for traveling with children or dogs, as well as a dealer directory.

Moreover, the control of vehicle functions is now included not only in the high-class Dethleffs Globetrotter XL I motorhome but also in the new Camper Van Globetrail 600 DR Performance. This enables the regulation of lighting, temperature, and other living space components, as well as the retrieval of vehicle information like onboard voltage, water level, or interior temperature through the app. The vehicle's SCU control electronics are equipped with a SIM card and a radio module that enables data transmission over the mobile network, granting access to vehicle information and the control of living space functions from any location.

Furthermore, starting now, the entry-level caravans c’joy (with preparation), c’go, and Aero will receive the Dethleffs System Information Unit (SIU) for retrieving vehicle information in the Dethleffs Connect App. The "Voltage" and "Level Regulation" sensors are already included in the standard package. Upon request, additional sensors from the Dethleffs Original Accessories can be added, for example, for water level, gas capacity, hitch load, temperature, tire pressure, or the state of doors and windows.
