Al tener un problema con maquinaria, la empresa que recibe soporte se podrá poner en contacto con la empresa que le da soporte por medio de un sistema de incidencias, citas y mensajes desde la aplicación.
Con ayuda de las videollamadas con integración de Realidad Aumentada el problema en cuestión podrá ser resuelto de la forma más rápida, cómoda e intuitiva que existe en el sector.
Además se incluye la posibilidad de adjuntar recursos tanto a una máquina como a una incidencia en concreto para poder resolver futuras incidencias de forma más rápida y fiable.
