I’ve ordered from this website, and I must say, this is an embarrassment of a service, that is, if this app does not have malicious intentions. While ordering, I was prompted for a 30 day free trial, where my order had free shipping. It claimed to be cancellable at any time, so I went ahead with it. £40 later, I realised there is no way to cancel the trial, no matter how hard you try to. They intend to charge me £179 pounds at the end of the month, which is just ridiculous. Furthermore, it was predicted my order would arrive after 10 days, but in reality, it’s going to take over 40. Then I tried to cancel, but it doesn’t seem there is any way to do that either. Please avoid this site at all costs. I’d like to see you get back to me, as an explanation is owed.

I bought space one core pro headphones which cost about a thousand UAE dirhams which is equivalent to 250 dollars, they mentioned the headphones included the case, after weeks of waiting I finally got my order and guess what? I only got the case but not the headphones, I keep trying to log in through the app when I click sign in nothing happens so I tried the website and customer support were very helpful tho and tried to help me with logging in and informed me the headphone will be a bit late, I’ll wait and see when will it arrive
