Mostly Pointless
Sooooo not helpful. Can’t find events known to be programmed. Can’t book tickets included in membership. When bookings can be made (very rarely) after logging in, name of purchaser, membership details including name and membership number, and credit card details need to be added several times. Then the email containing purchase details is in an unsuitable format for showing at the door. Must invest more to make it part of 21st century Lewes
Difficult to use
The app gets stuck so you can’t navigate to a home page. Tickets can’t be retrieved omit as a consequence and there is a a no option from the app or the other mail to download tickets to the Apple wallet.
Useless
Won’t let you do anything. The website tells you to download the app so you can get your tickets in the “my tickets” section.
There is No my ticket section.
Rubbish waste of time app. Either upgrade it depot or just delete it and stop wasting people’s time!
