Great app to complement the website
Great app and great site for images, it’s a shame the monthly subscription model means you lose any unused downloads /credits at the end of the month if you don’t keep your subscription active.
So even if you have some downloads remaining, perhaps you didn’t have chance during the month to get 30 downloads and don’t want to pay for a following month you won’t be able to use them without an active subscription so I’m afraid it’s tough, you’ll lose them I’m told, pretty harsh I think.
Can’t log in
Have no problem logging in on the website with my details, however for love nor money can I log in on the app, it refuses to recognise my email which is ridiculous because I have an account!
