De'Longhi COFFEE LINK 4+

Great when it works, but most times when opened it freezes on the ‘connected’ screen and I have to close and reopen. Only really use to customise drinks, but the milk in seconds and coffee in ml is a little confusing to get right.

Absolutely rubbish app. Bought 1st Primadonna Soul and it would not connect to any of our phones. I tried all the troubleshooting that your customer services suggested and it would not connect. I see other reviews suggest the same. I have all the latest updates/software and you can’t invest in good app services.

Replaced it for a second same model machine and you can’t have two people on their own apps with their own profiles (using separate times) as the connection gets confused and then disconnects the other person and won’t let them connect again- I do get that you can’t use it at the same time as it can only make one coffee at a time, we didn’t use it at the same time.

Really bad app tech, De’Longhi. We will be having a refund soon and going with Siemens. It’s a shame as the coffee is really nice when you get it to work.

I love the coffee from the machine, it’s a great machine despite the obsessive water cleans and the low spouts, so why is it let down so much by the app. Connecting is in itself a challenge and when you do finally connect, it forgets the next time and you have to do it all again. When/if you do get on, options are limited, why can’t we load updates of new coffee drinks, why can’t we turn off auto off, why can’t we adjust how often the auto rinse activates, this way we could even set it to make the coffee in the morning. I find the app so bad and limiting, I would go as far to say that had I known, I would have thrown my grand at a different machine.
