Keep coming back to it but tough

This game is really good and I keep playing it although it can get frustrating. For instance, I’m on level 30 which is a boss level, you’re randomly placed at start on the level, sometimes right on top of a zombie and straight away one or two of your team die then the boss is ridiculously hard. It shows where he will hit on the floor but you take damage before he executes the actual move killing most of your team on his first attack making it seemingly impossible to avoid, let alone close enough to attack. But.........I keep coming back to it thinking I will one day beat it.

What’s happened :(

Got to level 54 when new items appeared on the left...’Turntable’, ‘First Recharge’ etc...but the game keeps freezing and even though it tells me I have 9 treasure chests to open, the page is empty :(. I’m loving this game up until now..is there a fix please??

Impossible to complete team?

I got to mission 149 with 3 stars on every mission. I watched an add every single time to make sure I got all the best boxes to improve my team. However, it’s impossible for me to get more boxes because I have no more missions left and I can’t completely 150 because my team isn’t good enough! It makes no sense. I have even bought boxes but I just get the same people who are already maxed! It would take me a year to do it that way but no progression in the game so it’s not worth it at all! If they fixed it so it only gave you people who haven’t already maxed I might stand a chance!
